Food preparation

Cook the potatoes with the skin in Steam mode, at 221.00°F, for 25 minutes, fan speed wheel 5.

Put the bass on the grillin grid GR11AL and cook in the oven.

Wet the already cooked potatoes in the egg white and roll them in the coloured salt.

When serving, cut the potatoes in half.
