Put all the ingredients into a cutter and blend for a few minutes being careful not to crush the salt but only chop the fresh ingredients. Put no more than 0.03 feet high of salt into the Gastronorm pan and add a drop of water or white wine to better dissolve the saffron.
Put in the oven in Smoking mode, turning on the Smokerstar.
Leave to cool and keep in a dry place. The colour will maintain for at least 120 days, preserving an exhilarating smell.
