Food preparation

Put all the ingredients into a cutter and blend for a few minutes being careful not to crush the salt but only chop the fresh ingredients. Put no more than 0.03 feet high of salt into the Gastronorm pan (if wanted, drip the strawberries and blend them separately, having them drip into a strainer).

Put in the oven in Smoking mode, turning on the Smokerstar.

Leave to cool and keep in a dry place. The colour will maintain for at least 120 days, preserving an exhilarating smell.
