Smoked salt with fruits of the forest



Food preparation

Put all the ingredients into a cutter and blend for a few minutes being careful not to crush the salt, chopping fresh ingredients.

Put no more than 0.03 feet high of salt into the Gastronorm pan.

Put in the oven in Smoking, turning on the Smokerstar. Leave to cool and keep in a dry place.

The colour will maintain for at least 120 days, preserving an exhilarating smell.

Special Cooking - Smoking - Salt

Use B11F2 pan.


  • 2.2 lbs of coarse sea salt
  • 3.53 oz of extra virgin olive oil
  • 7.05 oz of mixed fruits of the forest
  • some fresh mint leaves
