Food preparation

Pour 2,6 pint(maximum admitted) of oil in each 1/1 Gastronorm and add all the flavoures / ingredients. Turn on the Smokerstar and put the oven in Smoking mode for at least one hour.
Leave it to cool. Keep the oil in a glass bottle in a dry and fresh place. Special Cooking - Smoking - Oil.
Use B11F2 pan.

Ingredients

  • 3,53 oz of sage
  • 3,53 oz of rosemary
  • 3,53 oz of shallot
  • 5.3 pint of extra virgin olive oil
